The Omni Computing Lab started in August 2023 as part of the Department of Computer Science at the Saint Louis University (SLU). Our research spans the areas of High-performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), focusing on

• Parallel and distributed computing;
• task-based runtime system;
• linear algebra algorithms at scale;
• large-scale machine learning & deep learning;
• HPC + AI -> applications, e.g., geospatial modeling like climate and weather prediction.
